Whether it’s a Baavet quilt, pillow or protector, the wool is sorted & graded right here in Halifax by a skilled workforce. Once graded, the wool travels a short distance to Dewsbury (to one of only two scourers left in the country) where it is washed.
Once washed, it travels to Huddersfield where it is carded & quilted before it makes it’s way to Baavet HQ under the ancient walls of Harlech Castle in North Wales

Not only do we manufacture the beds and mattresses, we also supply luxurious, 100% British wool duvets and pillows with 100% pure cotton casings. As an alternative, we also supply hi-profile natural latex pillows which are ideal for side and back sleepers.
